MSD  E-Library information center (or services) is located in the Medical Services Department (MSD) of the Ministry of Defense and Aviation (MODA) in Riyadh City, The capital of Saudi Arabia.

 The concept of the MSD digital Library information service developed as unbiased source of information for health professionals on various aspects as a result of increase in researching, identification .

 The MSD E-Library actively promotes services and resources to all user groups and provides evidence thereof:

1. Increases the user's awareness and efficient use of the available services and resources.
2. The E-Libraries serves not only clinical staff, but other groups within the hospital, including residents , interns, nursing staff, administrative and managerial staff , patients and their families, Research staff.
3. Bibliographies on special topics.
4. To help physicians quickly find answers to their clinical questions and stay abreast of recent medical developments, and to acquire the knowledge and skills needed to maintain and improve competence; support clinical managerial, decision making.
5. Presentations to groups on what the E-Libraries can offer them.
6. Resources are available to clinical staff twenty four hours a day, seven days a week.
